Questions about trim!

Just a few things I wanted to clear up...

At what point do I want to start saving my trim? I am 3 weeks into bloom on my first grow, and so far I have been throwing everything out. Is this wrong? I do intend to make concentrates with my trimmings, but I assumed that was only made with trim from only the very end of the grow.

Last night I was reading that all trim should be saved, even the yellow fan leaves that I have been removing. Is this right?

Also if I do save this trim what is the best drying/storage method for it?

i only save the leaves you can see alot of snow on the ones around the buds when your trimming after harvest fuck fan leaves
