Questions and advice please

so here is the deal I have one girl in a flowering closet she just wont stop growing and is not filling out that much there is a shit ton of fan leaves and nice bud forming under there but not filling in mostly fan leaf. there is no true top to it it just keeps getting taller and adding leaf with little bud production. She has been in there for about six weeks under 12/12. I had a little nute burn would that cause it to do this?

here are my specs:



Area - 3'x4'x6'

Lighting - 600w hps and 6 100w CFL

Medium - mix of soil coco teak perlight and peat moss

Nutrients - FF Grow Big/Tiger Bloom,and big bloom following feeding schedule for FF so no more grow big

Genetics - skunk 1 from nirvana

Watering - when the top two thirds is dry and the plant is light in weight.

PH- 6.5

hey bro thats a nice plant i think it looks fine.. it will fill out later in flowering let it do its thing...what island do u live on?? i love hawaii got back from maui not to long ago i got family out there...

Mahalo I am on Oahu Ya Im going to give it more time but it just keeps getting taller and wider. it will soon be on the light it has about a foot more to go.

Anyone else have any thoughts?

try a lil L.S.T on that bitch..she looks fucken yummy..

Mahalo guys I was thinking the same thing with the LST but i think its a little late so i didnt want to stress it out to much. she looked a little better today she is getting thicker I think Mahalo Hawaiian Kind

i have same problem... out of 4 plants the one that sprouted 4 days earlier than the rest and has been fastest grower is the only one not to have bud yet..bought female seeds and it has the female hairs on it but just seems to be creating little clusters of leaves at the bud spots, im hoping we are both simply suffering from impatience

It's a pure sativa, that my friend is no skunk number one. You got your seed order mixed up.

Those suckers grow tall like that and short of bending it over with some string there's not much you're going to be able to do about it. No lower branches will ever catch up with the top on them, but had you trained or topped early you could have fixed that.

That is going to be one hell of a sweet plant. She will fatten up with bud if you have enough light. Sativa, as in 12 week flowering Sativa.
You are only half way through flowering that's why it doesn't look very fat yet.

hey man its never too late for lst. bend that beauty over and get some serious side growth on them top nodes... ooo i gata see a pic of that when its done... it should look like a bunch of little trees coming off the bent top of your plant. mmmm. i think the best way for you to do it is not to stress it too much, work it back and forth a bit first just to loosen it, just make sure not to compleatly bend it... just soften it up. bend it over and tie it to an area at the base of the pot or the middle of the larger trunk, kinda like when you hook a fishing pole to itself to keep it tight. give it a bit and it will take off especialy using that lst method. great work man!

im with glass freak on this one..it never too late to LST..just be nice and easy with her u have time..i love the way she looks cant wait to see how she comes out..peace

Hey guy Mahalo to all I am going to bend it a little tonight it still has about a foot untill it hits the 600w HPS but there is 6 CFls around it also so it has a a good amount of light.
