Questions on my 12/12 from seed

Whats up RIU, I have my little indica bagseed here that is about 4-5 weeks old 12/12 from seed, she went through a nute burn and then an overwater right after, it lost many leaves from this and is just now getting back together since i overwatered on my flush last time. There are pistils shooting out everywhere on two of my tops while my other tops dont have any pistils, is this normal? also, I want to transplant into a solo cup for her to finish in but i dont know if i should wait a while longer to prevent stressing her too much. Any suggestions?

The pistils will normally start on the top nodes and then work their way down. However, because you LSTd it may happen in a different order.
