alright I have a grow lab 4x4x7 and I was wondering if u should run my 400 watt and thousand watt in there for about 25 plants in dwc chydro system and also should I put a mh in the 400 andhps in the 1000 or what because ive heard of people using hps all the way nut I also have seen it causes stretch so any help is greatly appreciated
