Queston for experienced breeder

A few years ago my dad bought some Ambrosia seeds which he grew and pollinated with a male Afghan#1. Now I have a shitload of these seeds. The weed is killer but the yields suck ass. I recently bought some Skunk#1 seeds for the main purpose of trying to get a larger yield of this strain. My question is what would be the best way if any to keep the desirable traits of the Ambrosia+Afghan and get the dominate yield of Skunk#1? +rep for any help.kiss-ass

Hello, it is almost impossible to keep the strain Ambrosia+Afghan once you breed with Skunk #1. By introducing a new breed it will now be a hybrid once agian. Why not get some fem seeds of big bud this might help you more than skunk #1. The best way for you to cross breed without contaminating your females is to grow a male of Ambrosia+Afghan and collect the pollen sacks in a jar and then take a paint brush and the move it a round in the jar and then contaminate the female pistols with the pollen.

So what your saying is no matter which way I cross it I am gonna most likely have a more skunk dominate strain on all aspects. Don't get me wrong I love Skunk#1, I just really wanted to try to keep the Ambrosia dominate high and taste. I will have to look into Big bud. thanx
