In that diagram the new is correct but you have a black white green on the other not a black red green. I am fairly certain the Black is hot and white is nuetral. What are this wires going to? The black and white?
It’s a lumatek 630 cdm
The white wire isn’t going straight to the light bulb itself

I’m still not sure what you are wiring up. A cord for the hot? Cord for the lamp? If the white and black wire are coming from ballast there should be a wire schematic or small tags on them somewhere probably inside the ballast.
He white why is going to the light bulb itself.
The blue and brown wires are going to the ballast, the white and black are going to the light itself, with the white going to the bulb itself
Yes it’s a 240v

If it’s 240 there is no Nuetral and both blue and brown are hot. Can’t say any more without the wiring diagram
