Quick Gumby Hash question

I put a half oz in a large mason jar with ice and began to stir it for 15minutes. After i stirred it i removed all the ice cubes but majority of the plant matter is sitting on the bottom... So how do i get the plant matter up because the THC is suppose to be alone on the bottom of the jar.

get a silk screeen or what i did was cut out the liner in swimming trucks and strained it and then i put a 2 paper towels ontop of a jar and let the water drain threw and let it dry just a little dont let it get to hard and scraped the hash off realy careful and bada bing bada boom i had hash this is the ghetto way lol
