Quick help! Need answers!

Hey guys, so I decided to get my grow going early and started 8 plants outside for 2 days, then I decided to bring them in and veg them under a 4ft 4 bulb t5 flouro. After about 4 days all the plants are leaning over and I believe it's a light intensity. So here is what I need to know real quick. Should I bring in the 400 watt my or should I just try and grow 8 more. Seeds aren't a problem and I'm growing in perlite/coco.

Your 4ft T5 4 bulb should be sufecient for maybe 6 plants, wouldn't hurt to bring in more lights. I take it that's it's a typo and you meant 400W MH?

Sounds to me like a ph problem need to see a pic to better help!!!

Also t5 is plenty of light for veg use them everyday and u can put them almost directly under the lamp without worry of burning your plants would like to see a pic tho!!!!
