Quick lighting equipment question

Ive notice in some peoples pics of their grow setup they have their CFL bulbs plugged directly into a power strip. Probably a dumb question, but how is this done? And where can i buy whatever you need to plug the bulb in like that.

Sorry for the dumb question and thanks for any help.

The only dumb question is the one you don't ask, it will never get answered. The sell the plug in bases for screw in bulbs at any hardware store, less than a dollar and so unnecessary. For about $20.00 you can buy a 3'long six bulb vaniity light bar that already has a spot to screw your bulbs in, you do have to attach a plug to the end of the fixture, that is simple as abc, heres a picture, story of how to do that. Thanks for the help but i think ill stick with the plugs to avoid killing my self/burning my house down.
