quick question about 12/12 environmental light

My grow room is pretty light proof but there are two little pin holes that light can get through along the ground where the panda film and ground meet.
I say that light can get through there but I doubt that it does because the room is in my basement and is pretty damn dark in there regardless.
But just in case, considering that my neighbors grow outside (and there is a lot more environmental light outside then in my basement) how much light is dangerous?

any photosynthesis capable light is dangerous, plants outside don't need to worry about this as light from the moon is not in the correct spectrum for photosynthesis and steet lights are typically very far away. That said a pin hole on a tent in the basement is unlikely to cause problems but if you are worried there is always duct tape :) As long as theres no lights on in the room or bright light coming in through a window you should be ok.
