Quick question about seedling and coco coir

First time using coco. I have two seedling in coco coir. Small pot giving small amount of water. Letting medium dry between watering. T5 HO lights about 8" from plant. Temps 77% RH 30% and a small fan blowing. Its been five days and I'm seeing very little to no growth.

Also they are in 1 pound pots

By 1 pound pots, do you mean 16 oz. ? How often have you watered and let it dry out in only 5 days? I never let the coco dry out.

Yes small pots. I actually use a spray bottle I keep the soul moist. I dont overwater it.

No I haven't given nutes yet.

Any nutes and how old? I start with1/8 nute strength from the beginning.

I have not given any nutes. Seedlings are about a week old. But only one set of leaves

My suggestion is to make sure that there is plenty of drainage holes in your container and water it slowly to run off with 1/8 strength nutes. Even when saturated coco holds 30% oxygen.
