Long time hydro grower, just switched over to Promix for a change in pace. Need advise on starting up their nutes ie: concentration, frequency, water to saturation, etc. Flipped to flower last night. 10 gallon grow bags, running co2, 1000hps, day temp 78-82, night 70-75, rh 65-70

No fertilization has been done yet.
Plants: 8 week clones in straight Promix
501 OG, Ghost Train Haze, Ice Cream Cake.

Nutes: Fox Farm Trio Soil Formula
Water: Distilled

Thanks in advance!

Two more veg feeds per their mixing schedule. Then flip to bloom. If feeding full strength I recommend at least one straight watering before feeding again. Or feed a reduced feed every time you water. Be sure to add cal mag as they’ll need it shortly. You’re using distilled so needs cal mag every time. Probably half strength really should be sufficient.

Pick your container up dry. Water by checking weight. Water thoroughly so that it reaches the bottom. Wait until the container feels fairly light before watering again.

I’m on my first run with FF-trio in soil too, and previously only ever done coco/hydro.
I ran full strength on one feed and got some nute burn. BUT I’m in a mix of Happy Frog and Ocean Forest soil, so a bit less “hot” from my understanding ... I haven’t tried ProMix yet.
So I’m here to see other people’s suggestions as well.

It's all I've ever used and I always use half strength about every third water. Works for me. Last grow I used Nector for the gods #4 soil and was happier with that than ffof.

I started at 25% and will work them up. I'm now battling off the chart humidity in my new grow area. Purchased a 70 pint dehumidifier to hopefully rectify the issue. I'm thinking the great increase in humidity is at least in part caused by the evaporation from the grow bags themselves.

Insensible evaporation doesn’t add all that much. But it doesn’t help. Further transpiration is slowed in high humidity causing the plant to retain water. It causes the leaf to droop from water weight. Obviously it doesn’t need more right then. Leaf droop can be normal but when the stem in it’s on starts to droop then it is from thirst. Good luck.

For me, when using FF in soil or a soilless mix during flowering, my schedule goes like so...

Base mix [distilled water], (fed at every watering)... per gallon
100ppm epsom salt - 1/4 tsp
200ppm gh camg+ - 4ml
15ml Big Bloom

Then at every other watering, I add this to my base...
2ml Kelp Me Kelp You

And then at every 3rd watering, I add this to my base...
2ml Tiger Bloom

And I run that up until 1 week before I flush. And that works great for everything I have ever grown using FF salts, really the only time I change that schedule is when I am growing anything that has a heavy dose of Afghani in the mix (ie; any kush), then my base changes to...

200ppm epsom salt - 1/2 tsp
300ppm gh camg+ - 6ml
15ml Big Bloom

Why the change... cause all Afghani crosses tend to be real magnesium whores! They also seem to like a 1:1 calcium:magnesium ratio, instead of the typical 2,3:1 calcium:magnesium ratio(s) that other non-afghani crosses seem to like!
