Quick question on getting started

I pivk up the babies on Wednesday and super excited! I will be using 1/3 promix 1/3 verm 1/3 perlite for the mix. My question is..since this media has no nutrients, do I add them right away? I would think so.
Question 2. I am getting clones and will look for any signs of bugs or illness but..should I do some kind or bath to make sure? Is this needed if they look clean and healthy? If it is, how do I go about doing this? I have read some things about neem oil, dipping or spraying.

You can use inoculant if you want but promix is super clean and comes with myco. Use neem as needed or as a light regimen preventative measure.
