Do i let my plants sit in the water that comes from drainage ? And i just watered a clone of mine today the drainage was greenish colored is that good or bad

Best bet is to remove it. It can evaporate and leave a mildew in the tray. Also are you checking the PH of your run off regularly? I didn't at first.. but I learned to.

As well you should get a riser for each plant - you plant sits on the riser and is kept out of the runoff.
