Quick Question

hey, Im thinking to invest in a CFL light for vegging i'm currently using a HPS 600W for my 4 plants ATM but I figured i would be better with a CFL( for the better spectrum and less heat/electricitity) so ive found 2 candidates which i like but unsure which is better

Basement Lighting CFL 300w
- Self ballasted
-
Cool running 300w grow light
-
Choice of light spectrums
-
Highest lumen output of any CFL

OR

MG Envirolite 200w
- Self ballasting
- Cool running 200w grow light
-
Choice of light spectrums

heres the site where i found these 2 products

http://www.basementlighting.com/envirolites_and_ecolites.htm

on the description the MG envirolight gives off 13k lumens, the CFL dosen't say other than its 300W so which one is the wiser purchase ? also lets say i got the 13k W output MG enviro, would that be good for 10 plants running all the way through veg? or would i get better results going a few less? in other words, how many plants would be optimum per 1 lamp

Thanks

P.S if anyone knows off a better site to purchase higher wattage lamps with reasonable prices , please hook me up :) thanks.

Thanks for the replys! mucho appreciated, altho i missed out one tid bit of info :P I'm from UK that progressive light sunblaster looks good value for money but also a little to big @ 4ft for my room and dosen't ship to the UK unfortunetly

I check at the HTG supply also but @6lamp 2ft 12k lumen output $149.95 (£90) Wouldnt i be better going for that MG envirolite @ 13k lumen output at £39 or am i missing somthing completely about those T5 system :)?

Thanks
