there are many variables, and you have answered a few - but there are many others. You have included more than sufficient light intensity which is critical (i.e., the plants energy is derived from the light energy), but this does depend on how many plants in total. the strain and genetics are also a huge factor. there are short/early flowering and those that can take considerably longer. with proper and adequate air, water, light and nutes you can expect your results to be inline with the genetic expectation. if you are going to use bagseed, or otherwise unidentifiable seeds - you can make a guess. In general, and in very broad terms, a month of vege (and some people chose eitehr shoter or longer vege dpending on their circumstances) and another 2-3 months flowering (this is genetically mapped, but also related to provision of sufficient resources to grow to their potential).
