Radio interference isn't stealthy

I have been warning people for years about this. If you are trying to be stealthy radio interference from electronic ballasts isn't good. If you are legal then no worries.

our neighborhood got together and used cheap ballasts for one year just to chase those ham radio guys out
of town ! finally, we grow in peace and dont have to see those pesky antenna rigs all over their yards
