(First time grower)
Had some random bag seeds, planted a couple indoors for practice 2 weeks ago. The other day I spotted a hole in my garden so obviously I thought fill her up a feck a seed or 3 in to see what happens. Of course then we got 3 storms not 1 but 3! Sooo much rain!!! I assumed the seeds wouldn't pop out after all that rain but 2 popped out, couldn't believe it. I'm just planning on letting mother nature take care of them and see what happens.
One thing learned already for my auto seeds - I can see what over watering looks like on a plant so I know what to look out for. I know it doesn't look good but here it is

It looks good enough considering what it has been through

Maybe consider scooping it up and dropping it in a pot on your patio...let it recover from its NDE and then put it back out as your weather starts to clear? It looks like it will make it, but too much more rain and it will likely drown. Random bagseed is so fun to grow cause you just never know what you will actually end up with! :)

This gal used to grow bagseed all the time back when I started with outdoor fun and I cannot say I was ever truly disappointed with the results. My friend Wendy and I grew a forest, almost all were over 6 foot. Nice thing about bagseed, a deer can graze through and you are like, guess its time to sprout another of the 50 seeds in the bag :)

ushally if weeds riddled with seeds I won’t use them but if I get 1 or two or something then I consider it worth growing
