I planted a marijuana plant about 5 weeks ago. The plant is doing very well. I woke up this morning and I went to look at in and noticed under the plant a random ass seedling is sprouting. How the hell could that happen. I only planted the one seed 5 weeks ago. How could a seedling grow it has 4 leaves a good steam I'm about to put it in a plastic cup and grow it. But how the hell could a random seedling sprout?

It's weed looks just like a seedling has all 4 leaves already. Looks really weak but I put it in its own cup well see what happens

Not cannabis........a stray seed in the soil.
Kinda random is was in my soil it's a new bag of ocean Forrest. I only had 12 seeds all are in a pot. This is the only plant I left a couple of leaves I trimmed off in the soil. Could maybe one have sprouted from that. Iv just never seen it before.Seedlings usually come from seeds.
It was either in your soil, or you dropped/sprinkled something in by accident. Even Jesus came from somewhere if you believe that sort of thing.
