rapid rooter plugs

any info as far as comparrison to rockwool?

I love those things. NO need to soak prior to putting in a sprout. If I germinate a day too long and the root is too long to drop in the rooter hole I just cut the side of it, fold it open, lay the root inside (with some hanging out the bottom if necessary) and fold it shut. Then I put it in my netpot, fill in with expanded clay pellets and drop it in to my system.

after they sprout or before?

I use em and they work fine. After germing I drop em in the plugs and 24/hr lite.
