Raw - Omina? Amino acids in flowering?

About to enter my 3rd week of flowering and wondering if adding some amino acids would help my plants out. I've been reading that it will however the nitrogen number on the bag is throwing me off(14-0-0). Recommended dose says 1/8th-1/4tsp per gallon. I will use it during my watering not feeding day (so not along with my base nutrients and bloom booster). Is that amount of nitrogen ok during flower?

Did you ever figure out the answer to your question? I’m wondering the same thing right now. I’ve been told that form of nitrogen won’t burn plants as easily and it was recommended to me for hard water.
