Rawn Pawl is not a libertarian. He is a fascist vanguard.

Here is a libertarian.
[video=youtube;wriQGI5NGOM]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wriQGI5NGOM[/video]

Laissez Faire is the doctrine of Social Darwinism. In fact, the phrase, "Survival of the fittest" was not coined by Charles Darwin, but by right wing British economist Herbert Spencer. Laissez Faire can not exist with out a state to protect the property of the privileged against the working class. Therefore Rawn Pawl's "free-market" philosophy is not libertarian at all, but quite statist. If the state is privatized, complete tyranny will ensue, this is feudalism.

When did you actually come upon this realization?

been easing into the debates though, a lot of hipsters love Rawn Pawl because they think he is "fiscally conservative and socially liberal"

Only idiots consider social issues as something separate from economic ones.

However, you have been among those who see him as a libertarian and thus have rebuked libertarians, so no, he is not libertarian.

Ron Pauls vision of utopia only applies to those with money and power. Everyone else is fucked in a Ron Paul world

Are you special or something? Fascism is a state controlled authoritarian government. Ron Paul doesn;t want to privatize the government, he is a constitutionalist. He believes in small limited government. This is the opposite of fascism.

Fascism (pron.: /ˈfæʃɪzəm/) is a form of radical authoritarian nationalism.[SUP][1][/SUP][SUP][2][/SUP] Fascists seek to unify their nation through a totalitarian state that seeks the mass mobilization of the national community through discipline, indoctrination, and physical training.[SUP][3][/SUP][SUP][4][/SUP] Fascism utilizes a vanguard party to initiate a revolution to organize the nation upon fascist principles.[SUP][5][/SUP] Fascism views direct action including political violence and war, as a means to achieve national rejuvenation, spirit and vitality.[SUP][3][/SUP][SUP][6][/SUP][SUP][7][/SUP]

Fascism recognizes the occurrence of class conflict, and advocates a resolution to end the division of classes within a nation and secure national solidarity.[SUP][8][/SUP] However fascism publicly favours proletarian culture due to its association of proletarian culture with economic production and claims that the proletariat as producers must have a dominant role in the nation.[SUP][9][/SUP] It rejects standard bourgeois culture that it associates with unfit sedentary lifestyle, individualism, plutocracy, and the bourgeoisie's economic exploitation of the nation's proletariat, that fascism views as inconsistent with virile nationhood.[SUP][10][/SUP][SUP][11][/SUP][SUP][12][/SUP] Fascism claims that cultural nationalization of society emancipates the nation's proletariat, and promotes the assimilation of all classes into a proletarian nation.[SUP][8][/SUP]

Fascism advocates a state-controlled and regulated mixed economy; the principal economic goal of fascism is to achieve autarky to secure national self-sufficiency and independence, through protectionist and interventionist economic policies.[SUP][13][/SUP] It promotes regulated private enterprise and private property contingent whenever beneficial to the nation and state enterprise and state property whenever necessary to protect its interests.[SUP][13][/SUP]

Your mixed economy is fascism.
Your support of war mongerers is fascism (libertarians and anarchist reject the use of force)

I never advocated "mixed economy". In fact, I am very careful not to specifically push any philosophy but only to challenge ideas. I never supported war mongers either. I voted Obama in 08 because he promised to end the Iraq war. Please stop attributing to me that which I do not condone or support. You have been doing this all day because you're butt hurt that I called you a republican. I called you a republican because you worship Rawn Pawl, who is a vanguard of fascism while not a fascist himself. Just like Lenin was Marxist.

no, I just remember better than you your random spewings of whatever political ideology you are leaning towards that day. I remember clearly you saying that you prefer a mixed economy on several occasions. Not only do I not know what you believe, I dont think you know. You went from Ron Paul to Jill Stein? Figure out what you believe then get back to me. You are seriously all over the place, a libertarian socialist describes you pretty well I guess... lol.

Link or gtfo. Link my opining this and also, link me lying. Yes, I used to support Rawn Pawl, then I found out he was completely full of shit.
I am not fucking with you, we have debated economics before. I don't remember what the thread was on as it was a while ago and it would take too long to find. Do you not support a regulated economy now or what? You are just mad because you just found out you're a fascist. Time to switch political ideology again.

dude, Ron Paul is retired, so wouldnt he now be more of a Fascist Elder Statesman? :eyesmoke:

also you cant have fascism without the third way socialism, so at best he is a conservative nationalist capitalist. thats not really catchy though.
