AND THEN - when all the clubs are shut down Phelan comes out and says BAD BAD BAD marijuana mold and hells angels key chain.

Monopoly, im just sitting back and watching it happen.

After the clubs all get shut down and judge phelan says no more home grows bye bye injunction watch the mandatory growing jail terms being actively used.

This is not going to go well, sorry if you any of you think it is. I am a very possitive person and it has changed my life for the possitive but i still no what bullshit smells like and its been linguring for over 2 years.

Well a " Bill McKay hates sick people" campaign is in order.Fuck the mayor, what appetite does the federal government have to prosecute a medical business that is excepted and regulated municipally in other parts of the province? What appetite does the taxpayer have to pay for the prosecution of someone most feel has not committed a crime? Unless there is proof of sales to kids or blatant sale to non-patients, I doubt we'll see much action. They may be forced out of Nanaimo, but will open in Nanoose or Cedar or somewhere on the outskirts.

RCMP have been busting and shutting down dispensaries on the island for years, it's not a BC is special thing it's an RCMP jurisdictional thing. it's more a problem with having spineless mayors and city council in these municipalities allowing RCMP to run free and do as they please.
