rdwc schedule for GH Flora trio

Hi everyone , i need your advise. This is my first grow, using GH flora trio , first month i followed schedule from official GH website, but after a month i found custom feedchart for cannabis , now after 2 months (9 weeks, week 8 repeated 2 times) of veg i switched to flowering 12/12 and i'm not sure which way to continue grow process. Please help with schedule, which one to use, if there is one i havent found yet, or if i made mistakes with these both that needs to be fixed. I grow fem plants.
