What’s up guys I’m dwc and been going RDWC forever but I can’t lock down how I want the set up.
You can see the veg room in the pic and the flower closet. There is another closet next to the veg room I plan on keeping the 20 gal large res to auto feed my control.
I am perpuatial grow or as close as I can try to get lol. I wanted it set up so I had 3 going. Move 2 into flower at week 6 move another 2 in 3 weeks later move the next 2 in at 6 weeks. First 2 are at week 9.
Yeah great in theory until one strain takes 12 weeks to show some cloudy triches. Y’all know what I mean lol.
So I’ve come to grips just put my 2 into flower around week 6 after they recover from being topped twice. Start germing the next 2 week 4 of veg. Week 6 they move to flower 4 weeks later the new ones should move into flower or I can veg longer and go from there
back to room design. My issue is the large res. And nutrient timing. I need to be as hands off as possible bc I travel and have some trips coming up. Hence the large res auto feeding. I can have someone watch things but not lug gallons of nuts mix.
I can’t run the same nutrients in flower until the second week. And even then it’s not as strong.
I can fit 2 large totes on that other closet. 3 is pushing it bc they have to be high enough to flow the water down through walls into buckets.
do I run the 2 buckets into the flower room and just hand feed veg since they don’t drink as much until they are really cooking?
Or I was thinking run one too each room. But how can I adjust nutes in each control. I’m going to be running high ec at week 6 in flower when I’m transplanting that has all the goodies in it. Well really just big bud. I will have shut offs on everything. So have it run full strength. And just add more water to the new plants so the ec is lower? Then when it’s time for rippen etc just add it by hand.
make room for 3 totes?
Stop using snake water and do a lucus feed in bloom. Again how can I adjust?
this is also my 2nd time using a million things playing chemist like college. Before that it was botinacarre grow, bloom, calmag in flower when they need lol. I was getting 2gs/w under a 400w bps but a long veg. Topping lst. Super crop.
also to add I like multiple strains. That’s why I got into autos. Leave them in the veg tent get some extra flavors. The photos are my bulk. I need personally 1/4 a week of flower. That without edibles and rosin. Ex alcoholic, pot keeps me from dying and needing pharma drugs that make you insane.
