Ready to chop or wait? HELP

Hello, I hate to make a AM I DONE thread but, I am so far disappointed with the smell, I’m waiting for some magical scent to appear, but maybe these genetics don’t have that. I have taken some sample buds and smoked them and they for sure worked.

I just don’t want to hear ‘another 2 weeks’ because I am going MAD. Also having more and more light leaks from the increasing hours of sun. Also found some odd new green growth hinting at revegging (probably from light leak).

I might try a few days darkness, or just say fkk it and chop all at once now.

The trichomes under the microscope: starting to believe some will never turn cloudy. I have seen amber trics on the tops.

Trichomes are good enough for me. Some cloudy. Some clear. Of course I expect the lower ones to be more clear.

I’m just wondering if some magic TERPS are going to happen ??

The swelling has happened. This is it?

I am only adding plain water. Ppms in the res ~450.

My mind isn’t made yet. I can wait. It’s just that they appear done according to my research. The trics are ready. But is that ALL I should go off?

Hello thanks for your reply. Here is my grow log with info.

Yes I see white hairs, they I think are foxtail type hairs, they keep coming and coming.

Fox tail type hairs would be accompanied by fox tails. I don’t see them.

Swelling and change in the smell are two most notable things to look out for. then watch trichomes

What I mean by foxtail type I think a better term is ‘stacking’. They keep sending out new white hairs and making new calyx growth spots. At least I think they have finished swelling.

Should I do some bro science like days of darkness? I have been trying to have the temps as low as I can. Lowest I can get is ~20c. Maybe drill some holes?

I am aiming for the first signs of amber trics, as I have read this is best. Mostly cloudy some clear, some amber. Il wait a bit longer.

What should I do with my ppms? Add some KOOLBLOOM? Floralicious plus? Epsom?
I have some CALmax but it has 2% nitrogen , same with floralicious, I want to stay away from nitrogen.

I’m going to get some better trics pictures to convince y’all

I chopped. For more reasons than one. There is some larf but there are also some done buds. Currently drying. Only problem now is my drying room is very cold at night , 5c Drying in a tent, I have a fan on a timer with a humidity sensor, I’m keeping the humidity around 55%. I think il start jarring tomorrow.

Thanks for the help everyone! I will post a pic of the before and after waiting longer. I cut 1 nug off 2 weeks early, I want to compare to a more ripe one.
