It took me a minute to figure out how to take trichome shots.

with a loupe I put it over the bud I want to see and then put my phones camera up to it so they’re touching, but you have to move back and forth super slow to get it in focus.

And make sure your fans are off. Even having the buds move in the wind a tiny bit will blur the picture.

Here are some bud pics
It’s been a problem plant since day one
Shorty seeds from a random person
Hasn’t been a good grow and recently left for a week to the cottage and the person I had tending to her didnt water properly so she started dying and 60% of the leaves were dead or dying when I got back.

No one will love your babies like you!

They look like they've got a ways to go yet.

Good luck! Peace :peace:

It doesn't matter what the trichomes look like. That plant is not anywhere close to being ready.

Why are so many people going only by the damn trichomes? It's just one factor to consider but only after the plant is visually done. Many of us don't even bother looking at the trichomes. Just a quick look at that plant and it's obvious that it's not time to chop.

Looks like it’s only few weeks into flower.

And yeah trichs lie. Especially on that plant.

Damaged trichomes will resemble maturity

Take your time. Let her ripen up You’ll be happy you did
