Ready to harvest??

Very new to this most definitely a noobie grower I'm around 7 or 8 weeks flowering what do you guys think? Cut or let them go a little while longer ! ?

Plants loosing health - leave them longer if you can and still seeing change. Not far off, be ok to cut now but not what i shoot for :-)
