Ready to harvest?

I planted these germinated seeds on 10/7/2021, so a little over 12 weeks ago. Based on the timing these should be ready however I still see a good amount of white hairs. Any ideas on how much longer or if these are ready?

By the looks of the leaves I would say

I would have clipped those crispy critters off before pictures

Yeah some weeks went 10 days instead of 7 for flushing the reservoir and adding new nutes. You live and you learn.
