Ready to harvest?

This is my first grow, and I'm currently growing 3 white label super skunk autos. They've been in flower for about 7 weeks now. I wanted to harvest one of them earlier in the harvest window, and the other two later, just to compare the highs. Do you guys think that this first one's ready to harvest?

There are still quite a few white pistils and it appears that it will fill in a bit more, i cant really tell do to the quality of the third picture.

let it go another 4-5 days and see if it starts to fill in a bit more.
