Ready to Transplant?

Second grow here. Started first grow from clone, raised and it turned out to be male. SMDH

Starting fresh from seeds and would like some guidance along the way.

This is GDP from ILGM. I started germination 4/8 with straight 5.5. pH water, rock wool cubes and the SuperCloset SuperCloner-14.

I am a bit concerned about what appears to be "stretching". Any thoughts? Any worries to look out for?

Judging by the pictures, is now the time to transplant the seedlings from the 24/0 light cycle under the T5 and place them 18/6 under my LED grow light?
