Lanky, stretchy, and very sensitive. Clones like a bitch.

But why do I grow her?

Because she is the best medicine I have ever had.

So tasty, pinsol fuel funk with a side of citrus and skunk.

The high that is super strong, but not paranoia inducing. Hits you with a perfect balance of mind and body. Relaxing yet motivating and inspiring. No ceiling and no tolerance build up..

Is there such thing as a perfect strain?

There is for me...

It's the ghost cut.

Is it true that many of the OG cuts floating around are actually the same cut ultimately coming from the same source. I listened to an Adam Dunn episode all about it. Just wondering your guys thoughts.

Same cut grown by 5 different growers can end up producing 5 different types of flowers apparently.

I heard that about the larry cut and tahoe cut a while back. So I would say there is some truth to it.

I don't know how far I believe that. A clone should exhibit all characteristics of the mother and there might be a very subtle difference but I don't see how it would be able to change dramatically. The clones I have grown out look exactly like the ones my collective does... I use different lighting, nutrients and elevation.

A good example of this would be the forum cut of GSC, anyone who knows what the cookies grows like and has experience with can call it out a mile away. The ones that come on and ask about their versions get an answer fairly quick because a clone is a clone...

In biological psychology they taught me that it is about 50 / 50 of nature/nurture so if you use that specific for a plant there is 50% room for change. I would like some real science on this because I don't buy it. Even pie guy told swerve straight up that his shit grows the same way everytime no matter who grows it.

I would agree that most are renamed. Everyone wants the new thing, and to call a great cut something new is an easy way to achieve success for something you didn't even have to do.

I also believe that results can very between growers and inviroments.

Also, genetic shift where if a cut from Florida for example that made its way to Michigan, after 20 years or so will show different pheno representations.

Bring the same cut back from Florida and grow he. Side by side you might see a different traits. But it should be similar still. I think.

Yes, I listened to the pod cast, many say the same cut is renamed. That's what I dislike about og's. So many "real" cuts and everyone who has one says theirs is the best. It's the grass is always greener mentality.

I'm happy I got 2 of the real deal cuts. I will get more if they are accessible but I can finally quite my stressful sourcing that I've been trying.

I think with ghost, sfv, gg4, Chemd, I've got a great line up. I am feeling content for the first time in forever.

I've got a couple other "elite" cuts but I think they might get the boot.
