Reallllyy slow growth veg

Hey guys, just curious about some realllly super slow vegetative growth.

Specs : Feminized NL from marijuana-seeds.nl
under 500 watts of INtelligent gro LED lights
nutes every 4 days with water. so watering every 4 days, using canna veg. there is a fan really nice circulation. 18 6 lighting. first true leave on the 20th january. Pics included show that the plant is only 5 cm in diameter.... next to it can be seen a WW which had true leaves on 25th jan, so its 5 days younger, but so so much bigger. Used regular garden soil to begin with, but now transplanted into coco perlite...

is it so small because it is feminized? or is it so small because it was germinated in regular potting soil instead of coco- so no oxygen due to potential overwatering? Will this thing eventually grow? WHY IS SHEEE SOOOOO SMALLL ??IMG_1877.jpgIMG_1872.jpgIMG_1873.jpgIMG_1875.jpgIMG_1876.jpg

Every plant is different one can be big the next is small but they're both still growing really slowly two month veg is a long veg period and they still have a long way to go I'm thinking wrong starter soil try sunshine mix 4 with plain water the first two watering then add nutrients at a graduating scale I start at 300 ppm after 7th days or on the 3rd watering is the first feeding this my way and I only veg 30-36 days from seed to 16"-20" and their top the 2nd week of veg cause you need wait two after topping to flip the light to flowering :joint:

No, it is not small because it is feminized.

If you're growing in coco with perlite, you need to feed with every watering as you are basically growing hydroponically.
