Reccommedations on a fan and temperature speed fan controller

Need to upgrade; the top port on my 27*27*63 tent (4.5 sq') is 8" , I guess about 23 cubic feet, way less if you take into account the light and pots etc.
In terms of CFM I am not really sure and I dont want to overkill it , but definitely need to go variable speed fan controller with temperature sensor as the ambient temps change often. And of course I dont want to break the bank.

Right now I am using a 120mm PC fan but its only good up to about a 100 watts of LED light

HyperFan, they come with remote dimming and run on half the electricity as most. My 8" is 75 watts and can move some air.

Spend the extra on a plastic housing fan, and preferably one that is super silent, 20s to low 30s decibel.

Yeah, I am watching the decibels, what would you recommend for a small tent, I still need the controller, so have to buy that but what fan would you go with? Max the tent could handle would be 300 watts maybe. So maybe upwards of 150cfm? I'm guessing.

Titan controllers has nice equipment, not exactly cheap, but, as my father always said, you get what you pay for.

I thought your looking for a variable speed controller based on temperature.
not that one that turns on at set temp and off at set temp.
my understanding is he is looking for one that speeds up the fan as temps increase.
leaving the fan still running continuously for oder control.

Correct that is the ideal situation, I am surprised this has turned out to be so difficult. There are lots of cheap on/off temp controlled timers but not many variable. I cannot seem to source the Sentinel units up here in Canada and with exchange and shipping etc comes out to $195 CAD, which is just too much imho. I even emailed the company last week asking for info, Canadian distributors etc....crickets. I may just have to settle for a on/off temp switch. I am venting outside and this is primarily for odour control. In my research I have found that these variable ones can produce fan motor growl at low RPM, so it may not be as quiet as I had hoped, the on/off switching ones may be equally annoying. I may have to build my own controller lol. Probably $40 worth of stuff on Digikey would do it.

Still using PC/muffin fans but I dont know if using a y adapter and two pc fans would actually double airflow, I know stacking fans doesn't work, but if this does work I would get my 150 cfm +-. 120mm PC fans are typically 75-80cfm
