Hello fellow rollitup members. Yesterday I received my ts1000 and when I opened the box I noticed the driver was disconnected. Upon further inspection I noticed 5 screws ,and one of the black nuts that hold the driver in place loose in the box. The 5 screws are out of the light itself. One of the post that holds the driver in place is knocked out of place and loose. And there is a dent and scratches on the plate. The only thing that could have moved around it the box smashing stuff was the driver so what damage could there be to that.
I Know the ts1000 is a budget light. But I think it should not be delivered in that shape. I have reached out to Mars-Hydro in many ways and I would just like a replacement. When [email protected] responded this is their solution.
