Recommendation for consistent phenotype

So I'm planning out my first grow. It's going to be in a 3' x 3' tent. I'll probably be using an ebb/flow setup as I'm a noob.

I was hoping you could provide some advice. My criteria are ordered like:
  1. Yield. I need to produce enough to provide for about 6 people. Ideally, I would like to have about 600gm per cycle.
  2. High THC
  3. Short flowering time
  4. High CBD
  5. Forgiving.
I've looked at the following:
  1. Pineapple Chunk
  2. THC Bomb
  3. Critical Kush
  4. Incredible Bulk
But I'm concerned that the phenotypes on these seeds are not consistent, with many having long internodes and stretching. I would really like to avoid this.

Any advice is very appreciated.
 
Hate to be the bearer of bad news but 6 people and 600 grams... so like 1.4 lbs in a 3x3 tent as a noob is pretty close to impossible. I get about half that. I dont maximize so you can certainly yield better than what I do with experience, but 600 grams in a 3x3 is always going to be very difficult IMO. Most people growing in a 3x3 support 2-3 people maximum.

I would suggest something like Female Seeds Critical (not the auto) to get potent, well rounded buzz, high yields, and unformity.

Yea you are right . Secondly he will never get 600gs out of a 3x3 and very rarely people ever do without knowing a strains in and out growing characteristics . I would suggest humboldt seed organization Blue dream . Yield potency flavor and uniformity as well is forgiving . Take her 70 plus days and reap the benefits she won't let down
