Red and Yellow leaves spreading fast w/ pics. Im stumped

my plant is in a soilless mix in its 5th week of flower. a week ago i noticed some yellowing in some fan leaves and didnt think much of it cause i hear some yellowing in flower is normal. however, now the yellow leaves are way too yellow and there red areas on leaves. i am using technaflora recipe for succes and i dont have a ph meter for soiless as i will be completely hydro in 3 weeks. also my other plant in soilless mix seems to start having some chlorosis in the middle and canopy. i feel it could be a pH issue cause my research isnt pointing to a deficiency. my room has been on the hotter side (up to 85F sometimes even). I have an LED UFO in there so thats why the sides have some colorful glow btw. Thank you guys so much!

so it has gotten worse. lights are off now so not much i can do at the moment, but id love to take action the moment they wake up. heres some more pics from now. im scared that they dont have much longer...dec20a.jpg dec20b.jpg dec20c.jpg dec20d.jpg
 
Looks like N def to me. It's not uncommon for those schedules to reduce N too much too soon (some say it should never be reduced). The problem is that they don't tell you the NPK ratio you're feeding, so you have no way of knowing what you're actually doing. You could enter the information from the bottles into this spreadsheet, then enter what you're using to see how the NPK ratio changed through that schedule.

The faster solution would be to go back to an earlier veg/grow stage of the schedule.

You said you're in soilless and not ph'ing. I'm concerned about that. I don't think soilless can resist the mix's ph as much as soil can (I don't ph in soil). But, it's probably just N def. The safest thing would be to enter the info into the spreadsheet and see if N has been cut by that schedule.
 
@az2000 my freind has been using the same soiless mix with the same nute line and even the same genetics even! he says that Technoflora's Recipe for Success line doesnt need adjustment after feeding so i doubt its that. also it uses the same feeding regimen throughout flower and signs havent shown for 5 weeks now (or does it take that long?) if it is N deficiency, would spraying them with a low PPM solution of one of my high-N nute bottles be beneficial? thanks a lot man! really appreciate it. ima check out that spreadsheet soon.

@whitebb2727 my low temp is 65 F with lights off. during tlights on the low is like 77. ive recently added co2 enrichment days ago to benefit more from the heat.

60's in flower will bring out fall colors.
Besides the drooping the leaves don't look unhealthy yellow. If it is firmly attached with no damage the leaves may be changing from green to the red and maroon and brown you get in flower.

I'm not sure.

Try cal mag.

I get red spots with calcium def

Or its

Phosphorus

Check both!

They will get green next day

Like az was saying i also run my veg later into bloom than the bottles reccomend. But looking at the pictures i would say it looks to be a mag def. you probably wont be able to fix it but next time run more calmag.

If you have a Ca def, it can be treated more specifically with gypsum. For example,

1tsp (5ml) Botanicare CalMag+ provides 44ppm Ca.

1g gypsum provides 61ppm Ca.​

If a Ca def results to some extent from an imbalanced Ca:Mg ratio, adding Mg to treat a Ca def would add to the problem. I think it's better to treat the def specifically.

If Mg were needed,

1g epsom salt provides 26ppm Mg​

If both Ca and Mg defs existed together, a gram of each would be like "calmag." That's a decent (almost) 1:3 ratio.

(I think "calmag" is overused. It's convenient though.).
 
so what i did was feed them their regular flower regimen with an extra couple ml per gallon of the Boost (3-0-2). i also applied a foliar feeding of MagiCal (it also has a bit of nitrogen) to one half of the plant so ill see if it respond soon i guess. i hear cool temps can cause the autumn colors to come out. how cold do my nights have to get for that? thanks a lot by the way!

Very close by az2000 and rather correct at the same time!

Too much P&K to early from the use of high PK bloom foods.

Do not start Bloom foods till week 3......The plant needed the N from the veg foods for the stretch period - THEN you start bloom foods.

This is one of the most common problems around here!

Im not saying it is a P uptake prob. Im saying it CAN cause this. Ive dealt w Mg def w an entire crop of 10+ different strains. Dif plants show dif signs. OP Im almost pos u have a Mg def. Just try an epsom salt foliar its not gonna hurt anything. If yr worried abt mold n what not, spray right before lights on and increase ventilation til the plants dry. If it is an Mg deficiency then u will see the leafs perk back up very quickly. In a day or two. Color will start to normalize after a week or so

Dead spots will never recover thats out of question.

#1: It's not Mg def. It was never Mg def.

#2: Color normalize after a week or so? From something other then an N problem?

#3: Now we know, that you know - almost nothing about growing!
