red spectrum CFL

Hi Guys,

I have had my plants under a 250W blue spectrum CFL and the have grown big and strong ovr the past few weeks.

Do I just switch over to the red spectrum and change the light schedule to 12/12?

Also I have been using HESI nutrients, when you start to flower, do you stop adding nites?

You will need the red spectrum for flower but in my experience it is best to have both spectrums during flower, but you would want more of the red like a 2 to 1 ratio is what i do. And all yo do is flip to 12/12 and wait for the preflower to show sex. During flower you will want to add flower nutes or bloom nutes...

yeah you just change bulbs or add the red if you've got two fixtures.
You keep the veg nutes till they stop stretching and start flowering.
You switch to a high phophate fertilizer when they start bkooming, and a high potassium one when they're done flowering to fatten up the bulbs.
