Hello, so I’m going into about the 5th, 6th week of flowering & im getting a lot of Redding for about a week now. Bud doesn’t seem to be growing like it should. I’m only supporting it with Micro Gro Bloom Booster but have some fox farm products coming in today. I’ve included some pics, could someone help?

I'm not sure that I would go adding anymore nutes yet...sure I see some redding on your plants stems, but the leaves appear to be a relatively healthy shade of green and I'm not seeing interveinal yellowing, rust spots, or yellowing. I do see many of the leaf tips are a bright yellow and that is a little concerning, and yes your buds do appear to be on the light end in terms of weight, but more info is really needed. What strain? What strength of nutes are you feeding, the full recommended dose? Half, or less? Exactly what is your medium? All of these is need to know info to really help you.
Supposedly it’s gelato 42 but idk. I’m using MG

Are you using MG soil, or just MG fertilizer? Or both? While I've seen MG soil produce good vegging results, their standard soil uses extended release ferts that are active for an advertised 6 months. This means, that you cannot flush what would be an excess of N in the soil before flowering. Anyhow, that is the reason why I generally advise against MG soil. While there are better fertilizers out there, MG fertilizer (not the extended release pebbles) should flush out just fine if you add too much. I don't see any obvious deficiencies or burns. 
Oh and your buds look amazingly frosty and beautiful, hopefully you can get them to pack on some more weight because that looks to be some amazing grass she will produce. No matter what the result of the grow is, take pride in that you grew some high quality buds!

Wow I'm surprised that you've done as well as you have with MG soil and ferts lol. I don't want to say to change anything, sometimes reddish/purplish stems is totally genetic and harmless. For that reason, and there not being any leaf symptoms accompanying it, I would put my bet on it being a genetic affect. I would really like to see how the buds fill out in the next few weeks, as 5-6 weeks into flower should still allow a few weeks for bud swelling and ripening. Not knowing the strain for sure, you might consider buying a cheap-o jeweler loupe or (my personal favorite) a cheap pocket size digital microscope online or in some electronic stores for 15-30$. Just so you can peak in on the trichomes and see their color and all. But it is far from a necessity!
