Redness/Black Spots/ Yellowing/ HELP!

I have been searching on line and am thinking it might be due to potassium or possible magnesium.
About a month ago I noticed black spots on about 3 of the bottom fan leaves, the next day the spots were on about 5-6 fan leaves and I cut them off. When I woke up and checked on her there are spots on higher leaves and not just fan leaves at that. Some of her leaves are clawing a bit and really getting effected as the morning goes on. I have just watered her with a bit of nutes ,(1gal x 1/2 tbsp), (provided pics below) She was moved into a 5 gallon pot roughly a week ago. Could this be from stress or a pest?

She seemed to take a liking to her new pot and I saw growth. She has shown signs of leaves clawing and also shriveling. Her leaves are being affected by something and I cannot figure it out. I am desperate as she is about to start flowering.
I am suspect it might be a extreme magnesium/calcium deficiency OR A possible infection of some kind?
I just tested the PH of her soil and it was normal, if anything it was a bit on the lower side, not by much at all.

These are updated pictures of her this morning 9/12/17
. Its killing me to rip off leaves every day I’m scared she’s going to get consumed by this. Every day there are new leaves I don’t know what to do! Can anyone diagnose this or provide some type of help! Please and thank you everyone!

Definitely leaf spot. Could be septoria or one of a number other fungi.
Any other plants nearby showing signs?

Thank you both for the responses so fast.
I suspect it to be Septoria.
My girlfriend is growing tomatoes and we both started our girls in the middle of the summer, too late.
The tomatoes do seem to have browning leaves.
Going to weed the garden asap, move the girl away from the tomatoes & look at some organic fungicide.
Will definitely update!

Update:

It has been in ocean forest its entire life after 2 1/2 weeks, PH measures normal according to the tester I bought. After giving her quite the hair cut she seemed to perk up a little bit and kicked over into starting to form her buds. I noticed today more yellow spots though, worried these will affect my outcome!!

What Can I DO???

I really want to second that,im not all too keen of a grower but from what ive experienced first hand learned and seen online, the last photos looks like something caused by mites.
