Reflective Sheet, and Grow Room

I am gathering materials as I start my first indoor grow room, i will be growing the Maui Waui. I am at a low budget due to no job and had a question concerning a reflective sheet i found.
Any tips to how to establish my grow room would be great as well, i have separated three areas.

So heres the reflective paper i found, would it work for my grow room.
Well, i cant upload files from an ipad, so anyways. It the thing you use for inside the roof. Has a shinny silver color too it!
Internet saves me all the time.

White paint is great for low budget...blk/wht visqueen sheets are available at hydro shops for 10-12 bucks...that stuff you got looks hot depending on your light set up...g/l

would this light bulb work for the above imagine? Or do i need two? I would really like to learn anything and everything! I will never throw anyones advice and help out the window! So please help this numb nuts i don't want to ruin a batch on some Hawaiian milk dew
