REFURBED FRIDGE NEW LIGHT MORE FANS

well had a big change round after the last grow unfortunately camera broke so couldn't finish the photos under the 250w but pulled 97g dry wish i hadn't dropd the camera but beggars cant be choosers STILL HUNTING THE HOUSE for my old one.

heres the new upgrades
fitted 2 new fans
new sheet metal shade 3 coats of matte white
new 400w master agro phillips bulb
new 423w ballest
new budget compost
perlite medium..........first time user
new soil ph meter
big scrog screen
still not going to use the auto pot unit yet not game enough lol


i have two plants in there atm one lemon kush seedling and one power kush clone both still only small 4-5 inchs tall the clone is in training big time the seedling just started both had been topped,they both got messed up from sum novice mistakes with my new soil mix, Mixed it abit hot with the compost in both pots so long story short they only just came right with sum dolmite the small pot but the big pot was so hot the clone got pulled and washed down and repotted with a less hot mix to say the least now im just following up on sum nitro def stress from flushing and so on,all and all i hope this grow makes a much better yeild only ever room for improvements will have pics up asap

here ya go bro,go i was so pissed when they started to turn yellow but im on the case now

new addition to the fridge ANOTHER POWER KUSH CLONE DOUBLE THE TROUBLE this one is from a friends mother plant oh and theres a pic of my scrog srceen to,my clone has fully recoverd but my seedling is taking its time enjoy

the tex screws are there in the walls to guide the screen and hold it when it goes in im also slowly cutting down my lighting hours as ive found with my strains i run it speeds up my flowering times,still waiting on the seedling to sex may be sum time though, hope you's like the galv nuts i use to train with the twist ties i usaly use nylon fishing line but my bushy bitch on the left is still to short my cycle atm is 16/8 and will be another week before i drop another half hour-hour depending on there growth rate.

two new cuttings I've taking from my big bushy P.K hopeing they take. they got a triple threat attack of warm water and liquid hormone and powder rooting hormone all mixed up and feed directly into the dry jiffy pots before they expand and then the cuttings them self's well the first 40 mm above the cut had one side lightly scraped of skin but not flesh and then were dipped in organic hormone for 20 seconds each ,then lightly rolled in the powder then placed in the hormone soaked jiffy pots,I've put them on top of my shade cause its beautifully warm and and i can place a cfl up there to sooth them into rooting/becoming my next slaves hopefully.
I've never really had much of a good strike rate with clones with any luck this will change.

also re-weighted down my BUSHY P.K down with 20mm nuts after a break for a acouple days.
the seedling is coming away well after such a shit start it was topped the topped again after the two new shoots popped up so itl have 4 heads might leave it out of being scrogged and just train it for 4 big heads but we'l see if it goes female or male and leave both the power kush for the majority of the scrog net the next two clones (IF THEY MAKE IT) will go straight into the scrog net for round two that's my thoughts

been bussy did the finial repot for my big bushy P.K now shes in the big black pot not much room for any more of them so the lemon kush is gonna stay in its 5ltr (i think) pot and the little P.K clone is going to stay in its smaller green one for now they all growing fast the seedling has started her full training and the big bushy P.K got a good old defoliation to free up thoses lil shoots,for such a small plant it was that dence it took me at least 35mins to trimm her back not to mention tie her down,my small P.K clone got topped and has started her training and so far is going well, the clones i took still look green so i think thats a good sign.my chilly plant is flowering Mmmmmmmm soon have sum burn ya face off chillys, thats all i got today yep thats all for today

First time I cloned it was a slow process, but very worth while. You want the air around those leaves to be a little huimd with a dome or rolled ziplock bag and keep those pots moist as well. Good luck.

well bro the bag over the clones made them go from droopy to alive looking and greener so it seems ill take this nice peice of advise and stoe it in my vault for next time i need it chur chur most stoked,on another note i chopped my timing down by another hour so shes down to 13 on 11 off we'lstart to see flowers showing in the next few weeks,im praying to the CANNABIS GOD OF STRETCH for sum good stretch over the next 2weeks to train with,ive ditchd the scrog srceen as my pots are all differnt heights and tbh i havnt prepared my fridge in the right manner for it but ill try again with my 2 clones that seem to be taking quite well atm,not that i have a new pic up atm but i have a feeling my ph is being a dick again as my bushy P.K girl isnt quite as green maby due to my hours cutting down and needing more phosphrus so it maby time to start the super bloom bat guano as im starting my flowering cycle idk but its just a theory atm the rest are fine and im pretty sure my lemon kush is female as theres been no balls yet and the little pistol spots seem to be aparing no sign of hairs yet

hmmmm well unexpected critters were spotted on the underside of my lemon kush so she was quarantined till this avo after all day at work researching spider mites seeing as ive never had them before i came to the conclusion that they'd only just struck one plant so far THANK FUCK so she was minced up big time so so so pissed but better one than all three but as a wee precaution the p.k bush got a last trim just so i could actually see under all the foliage for good measure way to dense i was shitting my self thinking that there'd be a few leafs covered in mites under there but no i was safe thank fuck well till the w.e ill have sum photos up then

well they have been double dosed of neem oil im hoping that gets the ball rolling

well so far so good no more sign of spider mite as i sprayed neem oil for the first 3 days each night and now have reduced to once every 3 days for 6 more treatments,have also added a milk bottle full of warm water suger and yeast and piped it into another bottle to filter off any run off and then piped to more pipes to under the two girls,ive been leaveing my lights on for a 16/8 cycle i want more from them now that i lost my lemon kush gotta make up that extra oz plus sum that i usaly get (expected minimum).also been getting my oil making skills going on,my fridge door has been left open at night with my sleep out door wide open as well to let the cold breeze in as from what ive been researching spider mite hate the cold and its getting bloodly cold atm down around 6-8 degrees at night hopefully it dosnt stress them to much havnt seen any signs of it

all round good news atm have no sign of spidermite and eggs and have been using my loupe to search for them also being very vigorous with using rubber gloves and sleeves rolled up and neem oil tonite will be my third does for my every third day method,did get alil bit of burn on sum of the leaves as didnt THINK soaking them in the dark then setting the timer for 2 hours later would burn them.........lesson learnt so now i do two mists thoughly one an hour after lights out and one before i go to bed about 5hours before lights on insteed of drenching them and clogging there pores with neem oil, on other news the clones i took both had super long roots (30mm) hanging out the bottoms of there jiffy pots this morn so i potted them in 1ltr pots under the hps they also go bags put over to just to help them get the best start i can give they also get a very very light neeming too.my power kush my mate gave me is doing really well has a slight tinge of purple through the new growths which is to be expected so hes told me, my bushy power kush has had sum neem burn and and since she was repotted needs alot more nitro then the othere power kush but has recoverd fast,my ph on all 4 soils is sitting at 6.3-6.5 so im happy with that.my co2 make shift setup is working wonders cranking like theres no tomorrow.

well our winter is setting in most days are around 8-12 degrees and had snow on the hill tops the other day the outdoor season is nearly over for our climate.
