Hi
I am a total noob when it comes to soils. i heard a lot about FOXFARM Ocean Forest soil. but i cant buy it from where i live and if i try to buy it from Net ,include delivery charges ,it costs me something around 200usd for just a 1,5 cu ft pack.its too much for only a pack, so i am looking for a replacement for it in local stores, there or many different kinds of soil in the store and i dont know which one is the right one to choose,,of course i am going to add some amendments to it but which one is going to play the same as FOXFARM organic soil for me?
in the store i found that some of the soils say they are 7ph.and they are perfect to grow the whole seedling, veg.and flowering stages,i dont know much about the recipes or ratio numbers and stuff.
is only knowing that the soil has around 6 to 7ph enough to trust and buy it? or please give me an easy explanation of what factors matter to buy a soil ?
how to decide which is the right soil?
Thanks a lot and much appreciate .
