Is it a good idea to install a Co2 tank, a Co2 Bag or a 5Gal of Sugar/Yeast only to maintain Co2 level in the 300-400ppm safe range, that way i could run sealed and have a better control over environement sinice winter is comming and im running with LED and they require higher temperature. Also it will be easier to maintain a good humidity level in the room and the rest of the house.
-4x4' Flowering Area : 400W COBs but planning on raising it to 600W
-4x4' Veg Area : 200W COBs
-Planning to expand Floweing area to 4x8' with two 600W COBs
-I will constantly having 4 plant under each lamp.
-Not planning on raising level in the 1200-1500ppm range (Not before a long time for sure... too much things to dial in and learn before...)
Right now i recirculate air inside the house and basement windows are always open, it seem to work fine to keep up with the co2 level. Now that winter is comming i will want to keep those windows closed and i dont think me breathing insisde the house arround 10-12h a day will be enough, so im planning to seal this room to have a better control of the environement.
What are your opinions? Others guys here running co2 just to maintain minimal level or is it stupid idea?
