Repotting help! (1st Grow)

Was thinking she needs a new pot, But its my 1st grow and i wana make things 100% sure before i doing anything else! Already burnt one of her leaves from making stupid decissions so i guess i should ask for some advice..

Sooo... does she need repotting? Yes or No!

Little question about the "sex" of the plant.. Female? Male? Or is it too early?

That pot is fine for now I'd say when it's about twice that height it should be transplanted but may want a second opinion. Too early to tell on the gender, won't be able to tell until it's flowering 12 hours of dark/light. Balls=male Hairs=female.

personally i would transplant now.

id repot that in the next couple of days if i were you. nice little sprout by the way!

id transplant to, i started mine in plastic cup this year didnt transplant for around 4 weeks and wished i would have(not that they died or ne thing) but what i realized is that well in those small containers growth slowed a substantial amount after 2 weeks because the roots had nowhere to expand, so i transplanted and literally 2 days after transplant they doubled in size, so from now on i no to transplant 2-3 weeks after theyve sprouted

and its way to early to tell sex
