Repotting into different mix ?

So.

At the mo, just harvested some poorly grew plants (Only 2) these were the first ones we started 3 months ago (Auto Hash), we have since improved our whole setup.

we weren't using enough lighting or good soil/nutes and had temps in the 90s.

we are now powered by 500 Watts of CFLs, have a full bucket full of Biobizz feed, have temps between 70 low-80 high, have a good soil mix and are ready to go.

We started the next batch of plants before the soil came in so it went into some B&Q multi purpose compost.

Currently we have about 4 auto pounders, 4 Northern light autos.

They are currently 1 week old and going strong lol... when we re-pot, are we ok to go into a different mix? like i said, we are in cheap compost and want to move to some good quality soil.

I know washing the roots would probably add too much stress to them, would it be ok to just put the entire half pint pot straight into the new soil (Obviously not the pot but all of its contents including compost)?

Thanks in advance.

I would try to avoid transplant stress on the autos. Might loose more than you gain. I guess its about how bad the soil is and can it be remedied by less invasive means.

Can't be that great then. Be very gentle and when transplanted you may want to hit them with benificials to help jump start their recovery.
