Rescheduling lighting time

So I have a couple plants in veg that are on a 7am(on)-1am(off) light schedule will it stress them out if I change the times by one hour every other day till i get to the time i want? so it would go like this 7am(on)-1am(off) 6am(on)-12am(off) 5am(on)-11pm(off) 4am(on)-10pm(off)

Just switch it once and be done with it. No problems will result, especially in veg.

I have a difference of four hours between the time I run my flower lights in the winter and summer. Twice per year, my full blown flowering plants go through this sudden four hour change with no ill effects. Ironically, that appears to be the exact time shift you're looking for.
