Resin Stain!

I use my right hand to cover my bowl after each hit. In a single day my hand gets a blackish yellow dot on it. The resin is grabbing my skin. The only way I can get it off is to scrape it off with a knife. It still leaves a faded yellow but hardly noticeable. Just wanted to get that out there.

One of my dad's old friends Andy told him a story about his grandpa; He said when he was a little boy his grandpa would smoke his pipe. So much in fact that his pinky finger was worn down to a nub from packing it/ putting it out. It wasn't until Andy smoked marijuana with my dad for the first time that he said "I recognize that smell. That's what my grandpa would always smell like when he was smoking his pipe." The cool part is that Andy is in his 70's (maybe 80's) so that makes the story pretty old.

I've had this happen to me, but with just a regular spoon pipe, when I'm smoking alone I'd snuff it out with my fingers. Anyways, yeah, I just started using a nickle or penny instead.
