Resivour Pump circulation....

is there a method to placing the pump in the res. I have a 65 gal res and need to keep it circulation. Do i need to place circulation pump in a corner?

Heres my problem. Im adding a lot of PH down and the Ph is hardly moving. Im wondering if a corner is accumilating a low PH content or if the pump is really mixing everything up. My pump is strong enough, just wondering if im paranoid or if pump could be placed in a bad spot. (being the reason for my PH not appearing to go down.)

4 X 4 - using ebb flow system

I only have a 15 gal res and I use a powerhead to circulate my res.You will find it at wal mart or a pet store that sells fish.I hook it on the side of the tank and slip a 1/2" hose in it ,run down to the bottom.It picks up the water and blows it out a cross the top of the water.it also has a air bleed line and puts o2 in the water.They use them in fish tanks for a underground filter sytem.It works great for me.You might have to use two with that big of a res. PEACE

I kept mine in the corner, you could also consider an air pump with air stones, kill 2 birds with 1 stone, pardon the pun.

Oxygenate the water heavily and circulate the nutes at the same time.
