Reveg Early Flowering Plants Outdoor

I would like to know if I'm doing the right thing
Some of my plants have started to flower in their first little pot... I didn't know if it is due to the hours of the day even though they are increasing.
I considered that it was the size of the pot and I transplanted them. Most of the plants to a gallon pot and those that had more days trying to flower to the final pot
As I noticed that some were still flowering even with a bigger pot I decided to put a led bulb and turn it on 1 hour in the middle of the night to reveg the plants. (I saw in a video and book of Jorge Cervantes that half to one hour is enough to interrupt the photoperiod) am I doing the right thing?

How long will it take to reveg, what will happen to the already formed calyx ? and... could there be a problem?

I have some plants that are more advanced than others in flowering and they do not to stop to grow the flowers but it is growing slow


These are Special Kush #1 Royal Queen Seeds, the first plant is growing normally and the second one is already trying to flower

I have the same thing happening outdoors. I have white widow, Critical Mass and Critical Mass CBD, and all of them are starting to flower. They are NOT AUTOFLOWER. I transplanted them just a little over a week ago from the starter pots to 15 gallon pots, and went out to FIMM them yesterday & it looked like I was seeing the feathers of flowering, but thought it was ‘my imagination ‘. But, today, they are even more pronounced. I don’t see how I can prune flowering plants and some of them aren’t even a foot tall.....maybe even 8”.

This is my 5th year to grow and I’ve never had this happen. Any suggestions or ideas about what it happening to the plants above or what I described? (I’m going to start a separate thread, too).

Same issue here worlds all f@#ked up lol

Drag a light out there at night and put it on the plants for a 3 hrs if possible

Did any of you happen to start your plants indoors under 18/6 lighting and then put them out doors with out first matching the outdoor lighting period?

Mine are just outdoors, period. So, only sunlight , and too many cloudy days recently, so a lot of them are too tall/stretched.

One of my plants that came up in early March outdoors also went into flower and is still not reveging, so I pollenated it with Rainbow Pie. I'm in Oklahoma.

OK, now I'll show my ignorance. How did you pollenate it? (all three strains are flowering. would I have to find something other than those?)

OH, and didi it work, or is it too early to tell?

so if its a cloudy day the plant gonna stretch? I

I just know if there isn't enough sunlight they will. Mine are in an area that doesn't get enough anyway, so cloudy days can't help.....so it would seem. (No, no scientific facts on this one . I could be full of sh*t)

I'll switch to 18/6 and will try to reveg again
I realize they need to be 14hrs long and the nights 10hrs or less to prevent flowering... do you plan to remove the budsites?

I would put them on 16 or 18 hours if light til they come out of it. And I wouldn't remove buds. I would instead prune the hell out of them when they get back in veg. Lots of clone material.

I started some seeds under 12/12 and they started to flower like above. This was my exact plan with these. Once they reveg enough, prune and take clones. Let them heal from that shock and flip back to flower while I veg the clones.

What would you do if they were outdoors. I get 13 1/2 hours of ”daylight” now. (Not all sunlight due to having to plant in the woods. We cleared an area, however tall trees around it make parts of the garden shady in the early & later parts of the day. Not ideal, but all we have.) The longest day of the year is next month & is 14 hours almost exactly & will be almost that long nearly a month. this is the first time this has happened. By then, will I have full buds from these? Will it reveg? Do I have a chance at a harvest of any size? In other words...how screwed am I?

It is the length of darkness that triggers plants to flower. If you can put a light on them for two hours at midnight it will fool the plant into thinking it's two short nights, thus summertime. It doesn't have to be a lot of light, just enough for the plant to "see" it.

I ran into this when I got a lot of seeds from Oregon. They were used to really long light hours, and my longest day is less than 14 hours 10 minutes. I've been waiting til April to pop seeds for my full season crop.

Judging by your light hours, you are pretty far south. You might want to look into a spring crop. The plants are smaller and you do lose a few to cold weather, but almost no one thinks about looking for them in winter.

My garden is about 25’ x 25’. How much/many light(s) would I need? I’m willing to do it to get it back so I can get a crop.

So, I’ll come out better popping my seeds in April rather than March? My old family Dr used to say to plant a garden after Good Friday and it would be good . It freezes too many times (not all the time, but still too cold) to plant in winter. The ‘average’ last freeze is March 1st & it’s a ‘known thing’ that people around here usually put in their gardens March1 15th. Interesting. At my old age, gonna have to learn new tricks .

I'm no expert, but I have friends who have had male plants that were releasing pollen and I was able to collect that pollen and selectively pollenate a few plants, last year. I just took a container of pollen and a modeling paint brush, and pollenated a couple of colas on a plant. And I ended up with a few dozen seeds and a nice amount of seedless buds.

And I think the pollen is taking because I see some of the pistils shrinking and darkening already. I'll know more in a week!

Some of my best plants have been outdoor reveg’s. They get three finger leaves, stop flowering until july then flower again nice and bushy. Seems to be the year of reveg tho, thinking low temps accentuates the 10 hours darkness outdoors.
